Villa Türkan is located in Kuşadası Coastal Sites area, established on an area of ​​350 m2, and has a private pool and large garden. It is located close to the market, pharmacy, health center hypermarket and clothing market.

With its location close to Kuşadası AVM, the biggest shopping, concert and entertainment center of the region, you can meet your needs, enjoy the delicious Aegean cuisine and have fun in the amphitheater where famous artists take the stage.

Our building is generally sheltered. The garden is not visible

Our prices include the entrance cleaning fee and exclude the exit cleaning fee. Pool garden maintenance and cleaning, technical service fee, stove cylinder gas fee, wifi usage fee are included. Electricity and water usage are not included in the price.

Disinfection processes are carried out at the entrance and exit of the villa. In addition, cleaning teams are disinfected with professional equipment before and after cleaning.

All areas and surfaces that our guests come into contact such as lighting button, door handle, etc. are frequently disinfected with Karcher brand steam cleaners with approximately 100°C steam power. Our textile products such as sheets and towels are washed in a special laundry at 70-90 degrees with detergent.
