Villa Polat is located in Kusadasi Bayraklidede area and has a 430m2 usage area and has a shared pool. It is located within walking distance of the city center.

On the ground floor of our villa, there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, an open kitchen and a bathroom, with a total capacity of 100 m2 for 4 people.

Seating group on the ground floor, dining table for 8 people. TV, air conditioning and kitchen, bathroom and large terrace.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 2 of which are en-suite and there is also an additional bathroom and WC in the common area.

On the terrace floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom, air conditioning and a private sunbathing area.

It is located on a hillside with a magnificent view, next to the smell of the sea. There is a barbecue on the balcony of our villa. There is a private parking area. Access to the bedroom is provided with a stepless entrance at the lower floor entrance. Stairs are used between floors.

All rooms have air conditioning. You will have the opportunity to sunbathe and have fun in the garden by enjoying the American kitchen, kitchen dining table, sun loungers, 6-person dining table, umbrella and pool. Working hours of the pool in our villa are between 10:00-20:00.

With its location close to the city center, restaurants, aquaparks, you can meet your needs, enjoy the delicious Aegean cuisine, and enjoy the entertainment in the city center and nightclubs where famous artists take the stage.

Our prices include the entrance cleaning fee and exclude the exit cleaning fee. Pool garden maintenance and cleaning, technical service fee, stove cylinder gas fee, Wi-fi usage fee are included.

Disinfection processes are carried out at the entrance and exit of the villa. In addition, cleaning teams are disinfected with professional equipment before and after cleaning.

Our textile products such as sheets and towels are washed in a special laundry at 70-90 degrees with detergent.
