VİLLA DORA - PRIVATE POOL, JACUZZI

Located in Kusadasi Karacasu, our villa, built on 550 m2, has been designed with a private pool as well as a large garden, a comfortably and simply furnished living room and a well-equipped kitchen. All doors and pines of our villa are safe with remote-controlled blinds and closed-circuit security camera system.

In its garden, there are 2 garden sitting groups for 4 people, a garden dining table for 6 people, a swing, a large barbecue, a pool and a shower area to use after the sea, and a garage where you can park your car in a large garden covered with grass and fruit trees on 3 sides.

Our villa has a large living room on the ground floor, wifi, fireplace, air conditioning, TV sitting group and open concept kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, juicer, toaster, water dispenser and WC.

On the upper floor, there are 3 double bedrooms and a massage shower tub, towel pan and washing machine.

With its location close to Kuşadası AVM, the biggest shopping, concert and entertainment center of the region, you can meet your needs, enjoy the delicious Aegean cuisine and have fun in the amphitheater where famous artists take the stage.

Our prices include the entrance cleaning fee and exclude the exit cleaning fee. Pool garden maintenance and cleaning, technical service fee, stove tube gas fee, wifi usage fee are included.

Disinfection processes are carried out at the entrance and exit of the villa. In addition, cleaning teams are disinfected with professional equipment before and after cleaning.

All areas and surfaces that our guests come into contact such as lighting button, door handle etc. are frequently disinfected with Karcher brand steam cleaners with approximately 100°C steam power. Our textile products such as sheets and towels are washed in a private laundry at 70-90 degrees.
